Cassandra Stavrou MBE is a pioneering entrepreneur and founder of PROPER Snacks, the brands behind PROPERcorn and PROPERchips. Since launching the company in 2011, she has grown it into Europe’s largest independent healthy‑snack business, generating over £100 million in sales and distributing products across more than 20 countries. Under her leadership, PROPER Snacks became the first snack company to achieve B Corp certification, reflecting its commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Recognised for her contribution to the food industry, she was awarded an MBE in 2020. Cassandra also serves on the UK Government’s Food & Drink Sector Council and is an active angel investor and advisor, supporting innovative, impact-driven businesses.
