Charlotte Henshaw MBE PLY is one of Great Britain’s most successful Paralympians, an elite athlete who has competed at the highest level across two different sports: Para swimming and Paracanoe. With five Paralympic medals, including three golds, Charlotte is a powerful and authentic keynote speaker who inspires audiences to unlock potential, overcome adversity and drive meaningful change.

Currently training for LA 2028, which will mark her Fifth Paralympic Games, Charlotte continues to redefine what’s possible in elite sport and beyond.
