Following an illustrious career that saw him win multiple international medals, Colin transitioned seamlessly into broadcasting. He became a key member of the BBC’s athletics commentary team, where he has spent over 16 years covering major global events, including multiple Olympic Games such as London 2012 and Rio 2016. His expert insight and natural charisma have made him a trusted voice in sports coverage.

In recent years, Colin has emerged as a powerful advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion, mental health awareness and diversity in sport.
