Eniola Aluko MBE is a trailblazing former England footballer, sports executive, and leadership speaker, recognised globally for her work in diversity, inclusion, and high performance.

During her celebrated playing career, Eniola earned 102 caps for England, represented Team GB at the London 2012 Olympics, and played for top clubs including Chelsea FC, Juventus, and Aston Villa. Known for her intelligence on and off the pitch, she became one of the first Black women to represent England and helped pave the way for greater representation in sport.

After retiring from professional football, Eniola transitioned into executive leadership — serving as Sporting Director at Aston Villa Women and later at Angel City FC, the groundbreaking NWSL club co-founded by Hollywood investors. She is also a broadcaster, author, and advocate for equality and social change.

As a motivational and leadership keynote speaker, Eniola draws on her experiences in elite sport, boardroom leadership, and media to inspire audiences around the world.
