Helen Tomlinson

Helen Tomlinson is Head of Inclusion & Talent at The Adecco Group and has spent over 25 years in sales, recruitment, and strategic commercial management, and previously led the charge for workplace inclusivity as the UK Government’s first Menopause Employment Champion. In this role, she advocated for better support for individuals experiencing menopause, helping businesses develop policies that empower women to thrive at work.

Helen began her career at Barclays International before holding leadership roles at Kelly Services, A4e, Seetec, and The Adecco Group, where she currently serves as Head of Talent Development. Her work continues to focus on fostering inclusion and driving cultural change through education and allyship.
