In 2023, Karenjeet Kaur Bains joined the iconic BBC One series Gladiators as "Athena," showcasing her strength, charisma, and athletic prowess. A trailblazing athlete, Karenjeet is the reigning Commonwealth Powerlifting Champion, holding three gold medals in squat, deadlift, and overall categories, alongside two silver medals for bench press. Her illustrious career includes proudly representing Great Britain at the World and European Championships, securing five All England Powerlifting Champion titles, and being crowned British Champion five times.
