Kiri Pritchard-McLean is a multi-award-winning Welsh comedian, satirist, and writer. She has hosted "Live at the Apollo" and appeared on popular TV shows such as "Have I Got News for You," "8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown," "QI," and "Frankie Boyle's New World Order."
Kiri hosts a specialist comedy show on BBC Radio Wales and has been the host of "Newjack," "Loose Ends," "The News Quiz," and her own Radio 4 panel show, "Best Medicine," which was nominated for Best Comedy Panel Show at the British Comedy Awards and an Aria award.
Kiri is the co-creator and co-host of the popular podcast "All Killa No Filla" with Rachel Fairburn, which has a huge international following. Their live podcast adaptation has sold out venues like The Leicester Square Theatre and toured the United States. To mark their 10th anniversary, they will tour ten of their favourite cities.
Kiri also hosts the long-form interview podcast "Who Are You Wearing," where she talks to comedians, activists, celebrities, and designers about fashion and other fascinating topics. Additionally, she co-hosts "The Pod of Wales" with Esyllt Sears, a comedy travel podcast in association with Visit Wales.
Her writing and directing credits include being 1/5 of the sketch group Tarot, winning the Caroline Aherne Bursary, and writing and directing a monologue for The Old Vic starring Susan Wokoma. She has received a third series commission for her BBC Radio Wales sitcom, "The Learners." In 2023, Kiri made her screen directing debut with the BBC comedy short "Pobl Bachyn."
