Larry Dean is an award-winning comedian, writer, and actor. Renowned for his sell out and critically acclaimed solo stand-up shows, Larry has been nominated three times for the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Awards. His stand-up special, Fandan, was released last year and aired on Channel 4.

With multiple tours across the UK and Ireland, Larry has garnered a strong international fanbase through regular appearances at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, New Zealand Comedy Festival, Perth Fringeworld, and Just For Laughs in Montreal. In 2023, he made his New York touring debut with his show Fudnut. The 2024/25 season sees Larry embarking on his biggest tour to date with the critically acclaimed show Dodger.

Larry’s broadcasting career is thriving, with notable credits including the Royal Variety Performance 2024, two appearances on Live at the Apollo (once as host), Mock the Week, House of Games, World’s Most Dangerous Roads, Roast Battle, The Stand-Up Sketch Show, The Comedy Roast for SU2C and performing stand-up on Michael McIntyre’s Big Show. He also hosted the Scottish Heat of the BBC’s New Comedy Awards 2023 and 2024 and co-hosts the hit BBC Sounds podcast Famously...On Trial with Stacey Dooley.
