Livi Sheldon

In 2023, Livi Sheldon was unveiled as "Diamond" in the reboot of the iconic BBC One series Gladiators. Standing an impressive 6 feet tall, Livi is not only a competitive bodybuilder but also an accomplished online fitness coach with an unwavering passion for health, strength, and physicality.

Livi’s athletic journey began at a young age. She initially played football for a boys' team before transitioning to a girls' team, where she excelled as captain for several years, eventually playing for Worcester City Ladies. Her love for sports didn’t stop there—she also represented her county as a swimmer and became a standout county high jumper during her time with an athletics team.

At 24, Livi entered the world of bodybuilding, competing in four events with incredible success. She achieved a 5th-place finish in the British Finals for the ‘Toned Figure Tall’ category and secured 2nd place in the ‘England Toned Figure’ competition that same year.

A graduate of Worcester University with a degree in Sports Science, Livi's fascination with the human body's potential has shaped her coaching philosophy. Her academic expertise, combined with her practical experience, makes her an inspiring figure in the fitness community, helping countless individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Beyond her athletic achievements, Livi has graced television screens with appearances in high-profile events and shows, including representing the World Team in Soccer Aid and featuring on Saturday Mash Up, Blue Peter, Weakest Link, Deal or No Deal, and The 1% Club.
