Phil Spencer

As co-presenter of the long-running Channel 4 series Location Location Location and its spin-off Relocation, Relocation (alongside Kirstie Allsopp), Phil Spencer has become one of the best-known faces on British television, and is widely acknowledged as an expert in all things property related.

Having studied as a surveyor in the early 1990s, Phil decided that the housing market was heavily biased towards sellers in terms of the professional support available, and seeing an opportunity to set himself up as a home finder, he founded property search company Garrington Home Finders Ltd in 1996. Though his career as a TV host and personality has since flourished, Phil remains an active property investor and landlord and an Honorary Member of the Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors.

In early 2010, Phil partnered with co-host Kirstie Allsopp to launch a new independent production company called Raise The Roof. He also collaborated with his co-presenter for Kirstie And Phil's Perfect Christmas and Vacations Vacations Vacations.

Phil continues to present Location, Location, Location, as well as Phil Spencer: Secret Agent and Secret Agent Down Under on Channel 4. In addition, he and Kirstie Allsopp present Kirstie And Phil's Love It Or List It, which began in 2015.

Outside television work, Phil has published books, written regular columns and features for leading newspapers and lifestyle magazines, hosted radio shows, produced apps, as well as running two successful property businesses!
