Pollyanna Woodward

Best known for her presenting role on the hugely successful The Gadget Show for Channel 5, Pollyanna has, amongst other credits, appeared as a guest on TalkSPORT, ITV’s This Morning and as a contestant on ITV’s prime time Saturday night diving show, Splash!

As a well-respected and established expert in the technology and gadget industry, Pollyanna is regularly consulted for her take on the latest technology and has contributed to a wide array of online features and print publications including How it Works and Fit & Well magazine.

An intrepid traveller, adventurer and adrenaline junkie, Pollyanna has bungee-jumped, sky dived, built and raced a drag car and competed in the endurance race Britcar 24, where she and two other presenters took turns to race a gaming simulator for 24 hours straight. Pollyanna set a Guinness World Record for the longest distance travelled on a water powered Jet Pack, travelling 22.64 miles in just under 5 hours and is a graduate of the Bondurant Race School in the USA.

Pollyanna has presented and hosted for red carpet junkets and large-scale corporate events such as The Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Chequered Flag Ball, the Children’s and Gaming BAFTAs, Gadget Show Live at the NEC Birmingham and the Autosport International Racing Car Show alongside David Croft. She has presented at Grand Designs Live, fronted the global product launch of Energizer’s recycled battery and has hosted at the T3 Awards better known as “The Oscars of Tech.” Popular with brands seeking an authentic and credible voice in the tech and innovation space, Pollyanna has extensive live, studio based, corporate and virtual hosting experience

Currently based in the USA with her husband, a professional golfer and two young children, Pollyanna frequently travels across the globe for work commitments and event hosting. In addition to the world of technology and innovation, Pollyanna is passionate about health and wellbeing and is now a qualified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. She regularly creates online content and blogs about her experiences and is currently working on a manuscript for a new literary project.

When not busy filming or on parenting duties, Pollyanna is an active supporter of various charities, including Help For Heroes and Wellbeing of Women.
